With more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, consulting, and human resources, she has successfully led large-scale transformations, built high-performing teams, and driven meaningful cultural change. Her proven track record includes coaching senior leaders to elevate performance and implementing people strategies that create lasting business impact.
Tammy has held executive leadership roles in the energy sector, including Vice President, Culture & Talent at Suncor Energy, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation initiatives, developed high-performance leadership teams, and implemented strategies to align culture with business outcomes. Her international experience across Canada, the US, and New Zealand brings a global perspective to leadership, change management, and team development.
Known for her empathetic, results-driven approach, Tammy partners with senior leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges, strengthen decision-making, and build resilient, high-performing teams.
Tammy holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. She is an ICF member and holds certifications in Coaching and Neuroscience-based Leadership.
Outside of her professional life, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and their pets.
