Richard Baugh

Having worked as a Director of Investments for a real estate private equity firm, where he managed a $660 million portfolio of 15 active development projects, as the Chief Investment Officer for the Family Office and as a consultant in PwC’s National Real Estate Advisory practice, Richard has directly helped to raise, deploy and advise on over $2.5 Billion worth of transactions across North America.

Trained in appraisal, city planning and finance, Richard has leveraged this experience to launch a venture-backed property technology company, Structa.

Structa is a platform for professional real estate investors. Whether they are developers, private equity funds, REIT’s, lenders or institutional investors, they all analyze real estate using the same methods, and the same antiquated tools. Structa is designed to automate much of the property acquisition process to streamline their workflow and increase efficiency.
