About Meghan Donohoe
Meghan is on a mission to revolutionize the workplace for her young daughters – transforming work so that, 15 years from now, the way we work today will seem as strange to them as smoking on airplanes seems to us.
Meghan is a leadership expert, organizational effectiveness strategist, and thought-provoking facilitator and speaker. Leveraging over a decade’s experience leading People and Culture strategies, Meghan merges her acumen in leadership and digital innovation to help leaders navigate a world of accelerating change. Drawing from her master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, Meghan collaboratively designs people-centric initiatives for the future of work with senior leaders. She bridges evidence-backed research with pragmatic strategies to transform leaders, teams, and cultures.
Meghan’s vision, which extends into her current PhD research focus on leadership stress and well-being, aims to infuse leadership with humanity and authenticity. She is a dynamic speaker, delivering workshops across public and private organizations and exploring the future of leadership at SXSW 2024 and DisruptHR YYC. Through her co-founded company, Pebble, Meghan reimagines leadership development to create transformative experiences that value human connection, improve well-being, and foster leadership mindsets to reshape the way we work and live.
