About Julie Baron
In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Spare Parts & Gasoline, Julie is accountable for culture, marketing, quality assurance and process development. She is one of the architects of the company’s strategy as SP&G continues to grow, and also actively supports client acquisition and experience.
Having worked with C-Suite executives for nearly 20 years, Julie specializes in transforming organizations through business strategy, developing and sustaining brands, crafting corporate narratives and galvanizing action through storytelling and effective communication. She has worked with teams across all facets of business, in companies large and small. These integration points include capital project teams, technology developers, sustainability experts, finance personnel and human resources departments.
Julie believes in the ability to amplify personal and professional impact by lifting up those around her, whether working with the team at SP&G, during her client engagements or in her role supporting Life After BigCo (LAB), a Spare Parts & Gasoline initiative.
