Denyelle Fraser is an equity design consultant and founder of More Than Enough Consulting, where she helps organizations embed equity into their mission, policies, and practices. A Black, neurodivergent woman, she blends lived experience with expertise in systems-change, policy development, and community engagement to create actionable, human-centered strategies. Known for facilitating honest, transformative conversations, Denyelle empowers leaders to navigate equity work with courage, empathy, and accountability. When she’s not driving systemic change, she’s lifting heavy weights, chasing her energetic son, or getting lost in a great book.
