Chelsea has had a broad career from academic to geophysicist to product and now to enthusiastically a team of data scientists at ATB Financial. Her role is equal parts developing ATB’s artificial intelligence strategy, actively representing the organization within the greater AI community, and tailoring the development of the team she leads to ensure they feel value and purpose within their roles as data scientists.
