Caley Shukalek

Dr Caley Shukalek is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for PurposeMed where he sets and oversees clinical-specific strategy and processes to help PurposeMed achieve its mission of improving access to complex care for underserved populations. Caley joined the PurposeMed team soon after its founding to help build out their first clinical service Freddie that focuses on HIV prevention and sexual health and similarly helped construct and refine their additional brands, Frida and Foria. Caley is a general internal medicine physician by training and is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary with clinical and research interests in HIV/STI treatment and prevention.
