This year’s conference theme revolves around the theme: “Catching the Wave, How to spot the opportunity, when to jump, and where to bail.”
You might be wondering what surfing has to do with innovation and digital transformation.
Well, to catch a wave as a surfer, you must paddle towards the oncoming wave while lying on your surfboard. As the wave approaches, use your arms to propel yourself forward and pop up quickly to a standing position. Then, balance with your feet shoulder-width apart to ride the wave.
