mesh conference

mesh is Canada's digital transformation and innovation event taking place in Calgary and Toronto each year.

What do you want mesh to be?

By mesh 2007 news, mesh news

One of the real pleasures of being involved in mesh is hearing the ideas that people have for improving it. We get lots of comments – the great majority very positive, some critical but constructive, and others, well, not so much. But we really do appreciate and think carefully about all feedback, and use it to try and make mesh better.

So we’d like to ask everyone who came to mesh – whether you were a speaker or a guest – and anyone who didn’t come – whether because mesh07 wasn’t quite what you wanted or just because you couldn’t make it – to chime in and give us comments on what you’d like to see at mesh, how we could make it better, things we didn’t quite get right – or anything else you’d like to say to help us make mesh better.

You can leave your comments on this blog if you’d like, or just email them to us at info@meshconference.com. And once again, thanks for meshing with us.

Buckmaster Live!

By mesh news

The fine folks at mDialogue, who along with Mark MacKay, did a great job taking video of mesh, have put up the Jim Buckmaster keynote interview with Mark Evans. If you don’t know about mDialogue, it’s a really cool four-year-old service where you can safely and securely share video in DVD and HDV quality. Speaking of Craigslist, Mathew Ingram, one of the mesh gang, wrote about the Buckmaster keynote, which compelled Craiglist founder Craig Newmark to write about it on his blog. Cool.

Amber is looking for mesh photos

By mesh news

Just a quick note to let anyone who took photos at mesh know that Amber MacArthur — who was kind enough to help us out (again) on a panel, and also did a couple of spots for City from mesh — is looking for pics that were taken during the conference so she can point people to them from her Webnation TV show on City-TV. So if you have some, ping her at ambermac@citynews.ca
