About Emma Stanley
Emma is a fourth year PhD candidate at the University of Calgary in the Biomedical Engineering program. Her research focuses on developing methods for understanding algorithmic bias in medical imaging AI. She strongly believes in an interdisciplinary approach to AI ethics, and is passionate about ensuring that AI in healthcare leads to fair and equitable outcomes for patient populations.
