Workshop Summary:
Thin & Rack
Rack is a minimal interface between web servers and Ruby frameworks. But it can also be used as a very fast and simple framework to extract slow actions out of big frameworks like Rails. This allows to use the full power of the underlying web server, like Thin, giving performance that are sure to close the case on Ruby scaling issues. The workshop would be about teaching how to use Rack with Thin to solve simple performance issues and having fun.
